Salesperson was great, but that was as far as it went, the installer was rude and didn't want to fit control where it was quoted to fit it, they didn't clean up their mess when leaving. Have had problems with sticking shutters since fitting. 4, years on, 1 has stopped working completely, on the warranty, it said 5 years on motor, but when I rang them, they said because it is a battery remote the warrenty is only one year on motor, no one exspained this at the time of purchase, no where on the warrenty does it state any difference between electric motors. Now they were talking like $700 to fix, when I said to them I wasn't happy with their service and was going to write a review, the service person was very rude. Would not recommend this company.

Had two roller shutters installed on two North east facing windows. The shutters have made an unbelievable difference to the temperature in both rooms. I was impressed with all aspects of the process and with the price.

Initially classic shutters built and installed the shutters at the front of the house (approx 2007) and recently had them return and complete the remainder of the house.On both occasions we have been very happy with both the quality of the shutters and the workmanship involved. Very easy to deal with and under no pressure.

We had classic roller shutters do an installation probably 7 years ago. In that time they have worked flawlessly. They are exposed to full sun and rain and look pretty much the same as when they went in. The whole house is noticeably cooler too.
We had several quotes from other well known companies but liked that they were local and that they were extremely competitively priced. The sales person was great and the guy who installed was truly excellent.
Highly recommended.

Friendly and easy. Do roller shutters, security windows and security doors. High quality products at better prices than competitors - if you want it all done by the same people, this is the way to go.

Down side - no payment plan. You need to pay it all within a week or two of installation.
