Outstanding experience. We required a casual Deep clean. Nancy and Diana did an excellent job. They followed our priority list, and our house is beautifully cleaned. We are going to start a regular weekly cleaning service at a flat rate, and we decided to continue with Clean House Melbourne from now on. You've got to try Clean house Melbourne for your end of lease. I trusted them when I read their 5star rating reviews and I've gotten all my bond back. The vacate clean was hassle free and the cleaners already knew what to do. MICM is known as one of the fussiest property management around Southbank and these guys know perfectly their standard (I discovered later that they work for them from time to time). I can't recommend any higher.

For the last few months, Clean house Melbourne is taking care of our office cleaning. their cleaners are very accommodating and nothing is too much. Their quote was also the best. As our office is in Southbank, it's very handy for us to have them. Last week, we have had an emergency clean and in less than an hour, Mimmo and another cleaner were on site. I just call it: OUTSTANDING cleaning business with an efficient last minute cleaning service. These guys really care about helping their customers and not thinking just about the money. I highly recommend them for office cleaning.

AMAZING! my cleaner cancelled today and I contacted Clean House Melbourne because they have a very good consistent rating on Google, word of mouth and Oneflare. They have a service called: Get a cleaner in 2hrs. For my case, it took Magda only 1hr to get into my place. Lifesaving! In 2hrs, she was finished and I was so happy to have my apartment in Southbank cleaned. I highly recommend this service as last minute clean. It cost me only $110. Very affordable.

However, these guys did it. Last Monday, my mum called me around 6:30 am to announce her visit in the afternoon. OMG! Panic! My apartment in the city is very messy and I definitely don't want her to find it that way. I googled best house cleaner and I found Clean house Melbourne which is in the top 10 in Oneflare. They have very good reviews.
I called them at 7 am, a comforting make voice answers the phone, Mimmo and by 9 am, D, the cleaner, was knocking at my door. In 3 hours, she has transformed my apartment to sparkly cleaned home. Thanks guys. I love this last minute cleaning service. It saved my day and I recommend it.

I hired Clean house Melbourne to do a spring clean of my house in East Melbourne because they have beautiful and consistent reviews online. The first time they did an excellent clean everywhere. While doing my carpet steam clean, they were able to remove stains that other cleaning companies were not able to remove in the previous clean six months before. The owner and manager Mimmo is a very affable person. He works full time in his biz, very responsive and easy to talk. Whenever I give him my feedback, he is very receptive, and he makes it happen asap. Wow! Impressive. It shows me that he is keen on giving the best customer service. His wife Nancy, on the other hand, provides the best cleaning service possible. The cleaning crew are amiable, meticulous, discrete and trustworthy. Mimmo always advises me about their ETA, and when they are arriving earlier or later, I always get an SMS stating that. I love it. To me, it means, they respect my time, and they are serious about their job. Clean house Melbourne can be contacted by email, by SMS and by phone from 6 am to 10 pm. NO excuse! All three ways of communication work all the time. Till now, their house cleaners have always had a consistent impressive cleaning record regardless of my presence. Highly recommend!
