I used cleaning house Melbourne for 6 months and their service kept getting worse and worse. Almost every week they would call to tell me they couldn't come at the regular time and then half the time they wouldn't show up anyway. I would spend hours waiting and rescheduling appointments. I was always complaining and they were so apologetic and then would respond by not showing up again the next week. This company was a huge waste of my time.
The cleaners themselves were excellent, it is just such a shame that their office could not provide customer service.
