So unprofessional! These people don't deserve to be in business, they didn't t show up for a job, were late for the reschedule, didn't listen to any instructions and were shockingly rude.

We had just moved in to a new unit before Christmas and I had not been able to get rid off the stain and musty smell from my carpet on the launch,, even though it was cleaned by some professional carpet cleaners before I moved in. I was referred to Cleaningmate by one of my friends, who has had a very good experience with them. I contacted them and booked for carpet cleaning. Though they were running 45 minutes late, they did an excellent job. They were able to remove all the dirt, even though some deep stain still there, and my carpet smelled awesome then. I was really surprised when I made the payment as they charged only $60 for 2 bedrooms and a launch. Honestly, don't bother with the cleaning, you'll get better results from Cleaningmate. I would not mind recommending Cleaningmate as your cleaner.
