Recently had a job interview at clinica lase Carlton which I thought went well as I was called in again for a trial.
I was very excited and by the end I was basically getting shown around and meeting other staff like I had already gotten the job.
I was told she would let me know next week - 2 weeks rolled around and no word. So I called them to see what happened with my application and they said they hadn't chosen someone and they will call me when they have.
I still haven't had the courtesy of a call let alone an email nearly a month on.
Very disappointed and disheartened about the poor treatment of potential staff especially during corona when things have been hard enough.
Not professional and would not recommend a career here.
Hopefully management can take this feedback and evaluate their hiring processes. Better luck for the next applicant!

Had a terrible skin breakout for weeks after treatment and use of products recommended by Lorna. When I called to discuss this I was shocked by the complete lack of customer service, empathy and problem solving mindset from the business. And then I spoke to Crystal and it all made sense. She sets such a terrible example to her team on how to resolve customer issues. Did not provide me any resolutions, was just argumentative and took no responsibility. I used to see a lovely and knowledgeable girl called Jess who has since left and now it seems clear why they are unable to hold on to any of their capable staff.

I have been doing to Clinica-Lase in Carlton for some time and I am really pleased with their service. They are always professional and I would recommend them if you need any laser treatments.

Never written a review in my life... But clinica-lase deserves on! Great experience going to such a fantastic skin clinic. Friendly staff, great rooms & fantastic knowledge on their work. Would highly recommend!

Crystal and the girls at Clinica-Lase are absolutely fabulous! When is comes to treating all those little unsightly imperfections, they make you feel soo relaxed, especially if you are someone that is a little self conscious. It is such a wonderful, welcoming place. I would definitely recommend Clinca-Lase for Laser hair removal-(hooray!), treatment of stretch marks-(amazing!) and pigmentation, and my secret-(shhh) plump lips! Being a makeup artist I would also recommend to all my clients that they have to try a micro derma or skin peel before their big day. Oh My Goodness, Aaa-Maaa-Zinnng!! (Talk about skin perfection!)
