Several years ago I shopped at the Coles Caboolture Deli section and had an awful experience with rude customer service, I hadn't been back since. Yesterday I accompanied my aging Mother to the nearby Lincraft shop and decided to drop into Coles to purchase two 350G packs of freshly cut Mortadella ham. The lady serving took a while to come over, but thats ok as I noticed she was busy with a phone or something. When she did come over she was clearly disgruntled as if I had disturbed her and proceeded to be rude. I asked her for two lots, individually wrapped, of thinly sliced Mortadella ham and emphasised to please lay each slice flat in the packaging as opposed to scrunching it up and tossing it into the plastic bag. She miade a big deal about being asked to slice the ham thinly and proceeded to scrunch up what she had cut. I asked her again, for the thrid time, to please lay each slice flat and she said she could not. But then she decided to do as I had asked and finished the order. She handed it to me with a grumpy look and said "anything else"? I thanked her and left. One other customer commented on her demeanur and the fact that she was talking 'at me' in a loud voice. It makes me wonder about management's priority to hold their staff to acceptable standards of customer service, was it just a coincidence that the service was as bad now as it was several years ago? Nonetheless, I wont be back as i'm quite sure I wont be treated like that by somebody, especially when I had been polite right from the start.
To the beautiful 2 ladies, one had just had eyelid operation, you know who you are. We want to thank you so so much for your honesty in finding and keeping our wallet safe for us until I returned to see if it was there at your shop. It wasn't the $, it was replacing all the licenses that mattered. SO AGAIN GIRLS YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU. Also for your great polite customer service
I never shopped at Coles until I moved to this area, This particular Coles is great! With plenty of under cover parking and convenient up front parking for parents with prams, makes it a very easy shopping experience, it's always a pleasure to shop here as its never too busy and you don't have to worry about the hustle and bustle, just shop at your pace in a friendly relaxed environment.
I like shopping at coles, but this one is good because it doesnt get too busy, there is heaps of parking too and its undercover which is great for rainy days
Cokes Caboolture is great there prices are cheap and only yesterday I was there and and one of the staff members was helping a blind .person doing her shopping and take it to her car. They are very helpfull
All round a great place to do the weekly shopping. Always good quality and prices. Often pick up a super bargain !
Fabulous staff that are friendly and always ready to lend a hand. If there are too many people in a queue, they will open more checkouts (which is quite unusual these days). I haven't had any problems with the fresh produce, its always been superb. My favourite section is the delicatessen,the staff are knowledgeable about their products and they are very helpful. overall, i love shopping at coles and it helps that its a ten minute walk from my house.
overall pleasant staff & everything easy to find,parking is easy & all undercover,pricing is competitive with other supermarkets & the fact that I can choose the credit facility with my debit card which Woolworths no longer allow.

This place has some really good specials however the stock goes quickly. Old style store which needs to be update I think.

I am almost always served by friendly staff. The pricing is average but sometimes the fruit and vegetables are not the freshest. The roast chickens are usually very good as long as they are reasonably fresh
