Very convenient location for lunch time medical appointment. The doctor I have been seeing is pretty good. However, the reception lady can be a bit inpatient sometimes. One time, I didn't hear clearly about the test result, I asked more questions, the lady just asked me to make another appointment to see doctor, end up the appointment is unnecessary to me. But overall, it's a good clinic.

Some of the doctors here are good especially Dr Edwards and Dr Trish and it's in the city so it's convenient for me cause it's nearby. You have to be prepared to wait though since it tends to run late. However, some of the receptionists are so rude and very unfriendly especially over the phone. Definitely needs to up their service level.

They are Moët expensive than most but the doctors are quality and you get what you pay for.

I normally see Dr Graham Edwards but you need to book well ahead to get an appointment. Dr Chris Oh is also very good and appointments can be made with a days notice.

All staff are very good, have a very good manner with the patient and they are not pill pushers. They will recommend something only if they think it will make a difference.

Dr Edwards is also very good with skin conditions. He was the fiesta to find a problem I had years ago that several other doctors had missed.

This practice is always my first call for something serious and I will only go to others if they are booked out.
