First I called one of the other shop support people and was told they'd call me back. No thanks. Called the helpful people at Home Computer Support and had someone at my home helping me 30 minutes later. Problem was fixed and the man was very helpful and fast in having the problem resolved. Could not be happier and now the kids will stop bugging me to get it fixed! Thanks Home Computer Support!
