I had a BOSCH dishwasher that was not going through a full cycle. I spoke to Kay on the phone who was very helpful, she was able to work out the year of manufacture etc from the model number I gave her. Dennis came at 6pm and diagnosed that the pump was leaking. Dennis estimated that a new pump would cost around $400 if that what the problem was plus labour. Dennis took the dishwasher with him and called the next day to let me know that it was the pump but a seal kit was available for this particular pump because it wasn't a sealed unit. The seal kit was $100 and he charged $130 for labour. Which included 1.5 hours diagnosing and removing the dishwasher. Testing back at his workshop (1 or 2 cycles) and then re-installation back at my home the following night. Dennis was polite and did a fantastic job. I have already recommended him to others.

Denis has been looking after all of our electrical appliances for years. Most recently he replaced the fan in our St George oven but he works with all brands. A true old fashioned tradesmen who takes the time to figure things out rather than simply rushing to replace parts. As honest as the day is long with a sense of humour to match.

Repaired our Asko dishwasher. It was not heating the water nor drying the dishes. They were friendly, honest, prompt. Found the problem in the electronic board. They fixed it through SMS and re installed it. it works like new again. Thanks Conder!
