Product is warped and rubish. Once money changes hands you weill get -‘it’s within the set tolerances’
Do yourself a favour - buy elsewhere.

Recently I purchased a custom fit door through Bunnings for Corinthian doors.
When installed the door had a gap the whole way around which allowed light and air through it and prevented it from having a noise and heat. Corinthian representatives comments were ‘ it is only like that as the sun is shining’, ‘you had a glass door before so you wouldn’t have noticed’ and their solution was to come and move the door so that the gap even the whole way around the door and to put a seal around it,which is not why I purchased a 40mm thick solid core door to have seals around the door instead of solid core door material.
Now the gap is still present and significant at the bottom of the door where leaves are being blown in and there is still a significant gap around the door despite the inexpensive seal solution and the customer made ‘perfect fit’ door.
Now the feedback is for me to get a carpenter to add extra timber. Corinthian are not taking any further responsibility. Funnily enough when they took a second measure using their machine, the door measurements were smaller? The door and frame measurements have not changed since the first measurement .. hence why is their still such a significant gap around the door? Why is the door called perfect fit and how does their machine still leave gaps around doors that thick seals cannot fix? Also when is it Corinthian doors responsibility to leave you with a door that looks and functions like that and say get a carpenter.
This is unacceptable and poor service.
I wish to let everyone know to make an informed decision prior to using them for door installation. Had I known this was the level of service and the level of their product, I would have chosen differently.
Now I have a non perfect fit door that Corinthian takes no responsibility for.

Corinthian have a policy that a door that is bowed can have a bow of 6mm and they say that is acceptable. Our door jams in the cavity but they will not do anything about it.

Wonderful sales people, very helpful. One thing is that they dont sell to the public and the showroom is only really for looking at the products and sales questions.

Service at Corinthian really lets them down, uninterested receptionist.
Husband phoned direct to pick up doors with a purchase order as they were urgent, was told they close at 4pm, he arrives at 2.50pm to be told tough luck dispatch closes at 2.30pm
He travelled from the hills area an hours drive away and to be told tough luck you're 20 minutes too late.
I phoned after to see if they could tell me of any stores that would have the doors in stock and the girl really couldn't be bothered, so I will be talking with my feet.

After visiting the website, seeing what I like i took a trip to the show room, Well laided out show room and semi helpful receptionist. But i was disappointed to find that you could not purchase the doors from the show room or directly from Corinthian Doors. This information was not provided on the website. I don't see the point of having a show room if you an purchase your door there. Disappointing trip.

Approximate cost: $500
