I'm from Sydney. I bought a house and land package in Melbourne. I recently hired them to have a pre-handover inspection to make sure everything is according to plan. After the inspection, they found 40 issues that ordinary person like me wouldn't know. I was so glad that I hired them otherwise I wouldn't know that these issues are important. I highly recommend this company. It's definitely worth it!!

Would not recommend to anyone. I was about to go with Darbecca but due to the price factor, I've made a decision to go ahead with these guys. Firstly, they have picked most of the obvious ones that we have picked for which its not worth spending $550. Then they did not go to the roof from inside to check for the broken tiles or other things. They have finished inspection well before our walkthrough where we had picked most of the issues and passed on to the inspector. The last part is they talked down on us infront of the builder while asking a question. I understand even if the question is silly with us not from the industry background and also experiencing numerous bad experiences with the builder, the inspector needs to act professionally rather than putting us down which gave the opportunity to the builder to talk back on us. I strongly suggest not to have any inspector close to your builder while getting an inspection. Our builder Dennis famiily did not give us an option to have the inspections done without them present close. It made us very uncomfortable and felt very rushed as to have both our walk through and the private inspection done at the same time.
