Mark and Stef are a great reliable IT crew who get the job done without fuss and in a timely manner....... and they won't break the bank. They provide a friendly and honest service within the region and they also support many non-for-profit organizations in the community. On many occasions I have had to pay a visit to their office with basket case laptops and computers, suggesting that they may be beyond repair and requesting information on new computers. Each time, after being assured that there was still hope, I have returned a few days later to find that they were working as good as new. A few weeks ago my computer hard drive carked it. I decided to take my laptop to Crandall-Mark as I had heard great reviews & I didn't want to take my computer to any other local computer shops as I'd had previous bad experiences. They did a fantastic job - they replaced the hard drive and my photos & documents were restored too. This wasn't an easy thing to do as they hard drive had literally broken into pieces. John (owner) went over & beyond to get these things back for me using different programs. He even purchased another program to get the documents back (which wasn't expected)! I received numerous phone calls & updates while they had my laptop & recieved great customer service, too. I will definitely take my devices back to them & thoroughly recommend Crandall-Mark E-Technology! :D

My computer had slowed down, had trouble with email accounts, etc. Everything corrected, explained in layman's terms so I could understand, nothing too much trouble to them. Very patient. Would thoroughly recommend friends to take their computer woes to this company.

We purchased a new computer from Crandall-Mark. They were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they gave great service. We also had our existing computer looked at as we were having some trouble with it, and they also were great with that.

I tried to be an iT technician and all I achieved was stressing myself silly and the prospect of having to purchase a new computer. I put out a distress call to Crandall-Mark late on a Sunday night. I was calmly advised me to bring my problem to them the next morning. This I did and I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received and the fact that I wasn't made to feel a complete idiot. Thank you guys, I went in thinking that it was going to cost me a new computer and came away knowing that if I have any further problems, I will not hesitate to give you a call.
