we had prepaid for my fathers funeral. The costs were very reasonable, One phone call to Damian and the wheels were set in motion, He was very understanding and patient with us as we tried to put together content for the Service which was to be live streamed due to Covid restrictions.

We recently found ourselves looking for Funeral Directors for my Dad's Funeral. We went to the big names but we didn't feel a connection. We met with Damian and felt instantly that Crane Funerals would be the right people. Damian was so genuine and listened to everything that we said with patience and sincerity.
The service was a continuation of this. At no time did Crane take over, they were there when we needed them and then blended into the background when we didn't. Having been to many Funeral services where the Directors are quite prominent during the service, the way Crane Funeral handled our service was exactly what we were looking for. I'm not sure whether other Funeral Directors follow up after the service but Damian certainly did.
We had a few requests after the Funeral and Damian was more than happy to help us. As difficult as the day was, my Dad would have loved his Farewell and we say thanks to Crane for getting us through one of the many difficult stages of losing someone.
