This is an excellent shop for childrens' gifts, especially if you want to avoid run-of-the-mill 'big-corporation' plastic items, and prefer hand made ones. The toys sold here seem to have soul, and the staff are wonderful with their suggestions and knowledge. Highly recommended.

We travel down from Sydney regularly and stop into Ivanhoe to see my parents who are not up with the latest and greatest with kids toys - until now. Creative Minds help Nana and Pa be the hippest grandparents with the excellent advice and service possible. They are only too pleased to order in new Scheich animals for my 4 years old, meaning my mother is now the most experienced at picking an Ankylosaurus from a T Rex! Fun for all ages!

This shop stocks the most amazing range of toys and educational items around. They also stock different things from the large toy chains and by shopping there you are bound to get an unusual present or two.

Fabulous customer service, although I felt a little ignored once recently, the staff were incredibly helpful the most recent time, and product range exceptional. I am amazed at how much they fit into the tiny space, but the layout has improved over the last 12 months, and I will certainly be back!
