I like the hotcakes/ pancakes from here which they change up to different flavours. The coffee is good too. I find service here is generally good, may be new owners onboard

Maryanne and her team dish out an amazing menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their milkshakes are thirst quenching and the menu is forever changing, offering the finest dishes with freshest ingredients. It's dog friendly, near the beach and you never know who you might spot walking or dining at Creme.

Menu looks great with lots of choice and I'm not sure why I keep going back, maybe convenience, but the food always comes out cold which is disappointing. If I just want a takeaway coffee, I usually have to wait for ten minutes which is why I don't buy here if in a hurry. Good chai lattes if you're prepared to wait. This place could be great but is quite average. Meals are quite large, but again come out cold.

This is a complete Thumbs Down, how a business like this is still in operation is anyones guess. The staff- all staff that is are extremely rude, pay no attention to their clientelle and clearly are not interested in their local trade. With over 1000 new apartments now in direct surrounding streets, its any wonder they are the talk of Port Melbourne for the worst service, average food & terrible experience overall. We live in the building & have tried to give this cafe half a dozen chances to redeem themselves. If i could score a zero out of 10, this would have it!! worst burnt coffee & soury milk from machines not being cleaned. Bad bad bad.

This cafe does not come with a recommendation at all. Having been local residents for almost 8 years here, upon the handover everything from the service to the food has deteriorated immensly. The staff are unengaging, disinterested and quite frankly the rudest of any of the restaurants / cafes we have ever experienced. Such a shame that they ever took this business over as they have ruined it for the locals, almost all of whom will never return and it is the common ground for talk amongst the locals here in port melbourne for the last 18months. The location is the Only good thing about this cafe.

This is the 2nd time that I have dined here and it will now be the last. On both occasions most of the food on our plates was cold, we sent it back and it still come out cold. We also noticed the chef running 2 doors done to IGA on both occasions to get supplies not a good look, then to be told they are out of some items.

Great Menu, Great Coffee & Friendly service in a prime location.
The Chef need more organisation skills, seems to pop out to collect food items to make your order on several occasions (this keeps you waiting) but there is no disappointment as it always come out looking and tasting great.
