Ora thai can be quite hit & miss depending on what time of day you are arriving. If its late at night, the bay marie food i find is a little disspointing with having to constantly ask for more meat in the dishes. The fresh orders are much easier to eat. They do have a fairly decent range of drinks to suit and dining caters for both inside and outside for patrons

Noisette is talked about amongst the locals thats for sure. From coffee to sweets, this is the stop shop, if you are looking to impress with after dinner desserts you cannot pass this amazing little gem up. Although on the pricy side, it is great for any occassion both winter & summer. You will not be dissapointed.

These guys have been situated in bay street for around two years now, although constantly quiet and fairly much non productive in there. Walking past everyday it is always extremely quiet, the couple of timesI have walked in I have walked out with both times not having been inspired to purchase anything at all. Although I have not been inspired to purchase anything, I have had to under duress as i required a small last minute gift for a friends baby as we all live in the same building as this business. They also sell milkshakes which Myself & friends have purchased that have been very average. The service leaves a lot to be desired, they need to pick it up if they are to survive & compete with the excellent service being provided on bay street. We have lived here for 8 years and kbow good service when we see it. This business has just gone from 3 Womo Stars to 1.

These guys have been operation in acland street for sometime now. The staff are fairly much consistantly happy and usually not a worry to help you find that something special you may be searching for. They have a great range of greeting cards & hippie clothing including fisherman pants in various materials. When they have instore specials their sales are just amazing. Well worth a look.

This wellness centre has changed names and ownership on several occassions, sometimes its very hit & miss in there. The service sometimes is outstanding, yet othertimes can be a let downdue to poor reception service. They seem to stock a fairly limited range of natural therapies books, crystals and other types of products. They often run low on popular stock. However.... every experience is different in there so its hard to say

Another fast food type establishment with orders cooked whilst you wait. Staff seem friendly enough & there is seating both inside and out. They have a decent selection of specials on their board and it seems as though most patrons are taking advantage of these offers that can be seen from the street. It is yet to be seen if it can outlast the quickfood traders on bay street. Good to see a variety of cusine cropping up.

Good food, extremely loud on weekends. Funky decor. Genuine italian staff, some very difficult to understand. Seems a little unorganised with the waitstaff. Great coffee & handy location.

HAVING BEEN MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS STORE WITH A PURCHASE IN MIND ON THAT VISIT, I FOUND THE SERVICE, ATTITUDE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE TO BE ABSOULTLEY APPAULING. RUDENESS JUST SHOULDNT BE TOLERATED THESE DAYS, & IT WAS A HASSEL TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAD A PARTICULAR ITEM IN STOCK. UNHELPFUL AND UNFAIR, WHAT A SPOILER FOR BAY STREET AND A SHAME REALLY. PICK UP YOUR ACT AND SMILE, OR GO HOME FOR THE DAY AND LET SOMEONE REPRESENT THE BUSINESS THAT HAS A GENUINE INTEREST IN ASSISTING PEOPLE. A MASSIVE NIMROD THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS PONY

Although this is fairly new business to bay street, it is within stones throw of about 5 other banks on this strip. They need to step up their service a couple of notches, instead of standing out the front of their branch handing chocolates to passers by and laughing.

This cafe does not come with a recommendation at all. Having been local residents for almost 8 years here, upon the handover everything from the service to the food has deteriorated immensly. The staff are unengaging, disinterested and quite frankly the rudest of any of the restaurants / cafes we have ever experienced. Such a shame that they ever took this business over as they have ruined it for the locals, almost all of whom will never return and it is the common ground for talk amongst the locals here in port melbourne for the last 18months. The location is the Only good thing about this cafe.
