I have eaten here several times, sitting out on the balcony is lovely with views over the park. I eat gluten free & I really enjoyed the crepes. The staff were helpful when I talked to them about gluten free meals and were happy to help me out. I was also able to have a dessert. The cost is not cheap, but worth it for me to have a really tasty GF meal that is not just the same old thing.

Again I returned here for a visit after many years. The position overlooking the park on a fine day is just delightful. I am sorry to report that quality of the toppings both sweet and savoury is not up to scratch for me. Had a strawberry's and cream offering and not at all pleasant. I did not try some other bits like the steaks but felt this place needs a NEW DAY for there to be some encouraging feed back

Although the venue is great (old Royal Hotel with balcony overlooking Kings Parade park), the food has never really been up to scratch for me. I once had an asparagus crepe with tinned asparagus, not quite fine dining.

The atmosphere is great and the food is fine but the crepes don't taste that good. Food is reasonably prices and the service is pretty good.
