Not impressed with service received, for a good haircut but boss/owner was quite rude.

Walked up to counter and mentioned that I wanted a haircut, and she yelled across the salon and quite abruptly you'll have to take a seat and wait.

Once my turn came up, she took someone else through who came after me, so I had to wait for next available hairdresser.

Not impressed!!!

I experienced the best customer service from the girls at colour cuts and I honestly can say I don't think a hair dresser has ever gone above and beyond like they did. I came in with brassy hair with shocking uneven tones. I asked for a quote for balayage with dark roots and sliver blonde. Impressed by the pricing and the ideas the colourist came up with I was booked in right on the spot. 3 hours after, foils, roots and and a balayage bleach I left the salon quite happy with the drastic change however when I woke the next day I realised I was not quite the happy customer I was the night before. Sheepishly I gave the girls a call and was asked if I could come in so they could fix it. As I wanted it to be more lighter, the colourist added a lot more foils and not once made me feel uneasy. Then she took the liberty of going the extra mile and adding more bleach so I could be closer to the colour I wanted (my hair was too dark to get silver blonde first go). Not to mention I overheard a conversation between the girls saying customer satisfaction and pride was more important then charging an arm and leg and pushing through customers. I have to say I absolutely loved my experience and maybe they think I'm that pain customer but they showed no signs at all! So finally I think I've found my regular hairdresser.

Great place for a quick hair cut. Not sure about colours here cos I haven't had anything done! Prices are good. Staff are friendly and personable. can't complain good value!
