5,Starr service. Had 2 houses done within a 2 days of booking. The carpets really were in poor condition but these guys The up looking like brand new. Couldn't be happier.

Came out today and i am so pleased with the outcome. The carpets look so clean and feeel so fresh and the sofa looks amazing. Will make isolating a little bit more bearable. Really nice friendly guy too.

Carpets come out dirtier than before they were cleaned. Carpet man Presented scruffy unprofessional and stunk from afar (very poor hygiene) Better off hiring a wet vac from bunnings.

I wish I had read this before booking the service, but clearly lucky enough he didnt bother to show up saying there was a glitch in his booking system..TWICE!!
I was then bombarded with rude and unprofessional messages which I told him not to send any longer but they ceased when I told him to knock on my door and speak to my husband!! Clearly he was a no show and being apart of a proud Aboriginal family was probably the smartest thing he did all day!!
Very pleased with the effort put in cleaning our carpets. They were in really bad state from a series of bad tenants and we didn't think they would come up as clean as they have.
cleaned the dirt from lounge suite but not a couple of stains, did come back and try again but with no success thus cannot recommend them for stain removal.

My house was trashed by the tenants. D and R came and got the carpets back looking like almost new. Unbelievable .
Brilliant work done by D and R Carpet cleaning today. Came at at short notice and nothing was too much to ask of them. Sofas look great and carpets are fab.
Great job done by D and R Carpet Cleaning.Got stains out had been in my carpets for years. Very impressive job done and have no problems recommending them on to anyone. The price was very good to and very friendly and helpful.
