I had booked to have my carpets cleaned today and without notice, justification or even a simple message was rescheduled to the following day.

We do our upmost to support local businesses. However, after pulling out as much furniture as we could and having a small child in our house I have had no alternative but to use a national company to get the job done so I could cause as little disruption to my child as possible.

I do believe in supporting our local businesses and encourage everyone to do so…but with so many companies available, I recommend choosing an alternative company if you don’t want your household disrupted.

Further, this company then bombarded my phone with disrespectful and extremely inappropriate and unprofessional messages when I cancelled the service altogether.

I sit here grateful he did not get a penny of our money!! Especially after reading other appalling comments from those who did receive service from this company.

Fantastic job on my sofas and carpets and the service was so friendly and they really new what they were doing. highly reccomend them.

Excellent work and service from the very start. Very easy to book and the results were superb. I was so surprised and also very happy with the results. Would recommend them anytime.

These have done an amazing job cleaning my sofas and carpets today. I had lots of stains that I was certain would not come out but they got them out and I now have nearly new carpets and sofas.

I had a last minute emergency need for a carpet cleaner and D and R cane within 2 hours. Unbelievable service and super friendly. Thanks for getting me out of trouble.

Just HORRIBLE!! Don't waste your time and money. They come and splash water on your floors and call that cleaning. Disgusting service and disgusting customer service.

Have had Chris clean my carpets and my partners sofa 3 times now and always very friendly and does a wonderfull job. He is very nice affable and interesting and gets the carpets looking like brand new.

Very unprofessional,very scruffy,arrived over an hour late,then was very rude,stormed out with attitude,then tried to drive off with me still hanging on to the door, absolutely terrible,would never recommend

The fact that there isn't a public reviews page/tab on this company's Facebook page should be a give away that there are dissatisfied customers out there. The company will only post positive reviews to their wall and thus has control over the content.

The cleaner rolled up, then promptly went for smoko down the shops. His machine leaked water all over my floorboards and the job was poorly and patchily done - you could see where he hadn't cleaned as it was dry. He pulled the machine around the house with all the cables/cords dragging along my walls and knocking things over. He then dragged the cords/cables through a closing door with the result that my freshly painted door got marked/scratched and with all the water on the floor, my phone charger that was on the floor ceased to work as it got water damaged.

He was insistent upon cash being paid so clearly some dodgy practices going on.

No apologies from the [redacted due to personal identifier], granted he did send someone to redo the job but no apologies or recompense for damaging my door or my charger. When the second person came to redo the job the water was still black so it wasn't done completely in the first instance.

I am happy to pay for services rendered but am not happy when I have to pay to fix/replace things as a result of said service being rendered.
