Fairly average restaurant, food and service are reasonable. They have very nice looking cakes, but have not tried them. Décor is looking a little worn.

Above average restaurant. I have been there on a few occasions and was generally quite happy with the quality of the food and the service. The restaurant itself use to be much better when it first opened than what it is these days but they are still worth going to. Does get very busy and a bit cramped but service is friendly and fast. Also does takeaway.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent italian food. Whether it's lunch or dinner, they are set to impress. I always love eating there and look forward to it. My only negative is that they don't start cooking dinners until 6pm and my toddler has to eat at 6pm (or there are tantrums!) so makes it awkward if we're trying to get take-away.

We dined in a group of 10. We were not impressed. It was very noisey and service was very slow and patchy. The waiters forgot some of our drink orders and mixed up others meals. My pizza was a bit dry and burnt. I wouldn't go back to this place in a hurry.

We've only been to Dante's once for lunch and thought it was quite average. Fairly standard cafe food although perhaps their dinner menu is more extensive.

They do make a fairly good coffee though and we quite often pop in for coffee and cake when shopping in High Street.

I go to Dante's over and over. It is great food and a great dining experience! I have a lot of functions there as they have plenty of room and are great at catering to all sized groups bookings. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's a great night out!

I love this restaurant, its one of my favourites. Waiting staff are fantastic, happy and switched on. The atmosphere is romantic and relaxing, the design of the restaurant is unique and creates a great feel. Not to mention the wonderful meals that are always top quality.

I've been to Dante's a few times and each time I have not been too impressed with the food. The first time I ordered chicken and the sauce tasted similar to a cup of soup mix. Very commercial and not fresh and simple. The next time I went I had risotto and it was okay, but nothing outstanding. The pizza also looked really heavy and gluggy, particularly the four cheese one.
