i love the range there. sells a lot of good cosmetics and some cosmetics that i cant find anywhere else. i enjoy shopping there and also buying their clothes range stock some designer clothes taht myer hasnt launched and doesnt even have.

This is a real experience every time you shop here.
The complex is immaculate throughout and all the food items are fresh every day.
There are excellent staff throughout who couldn't be more helpful. Their manner is cheerful, patient and professional.

Although David Jones are perceived as expensive you can really get a good bargain if you know what you want. The service is what you are paying for and it's top notch. Everytime I go there I am never dissapointed and never have to worry about anything as it is taken care of for me.

I do love this store and genuinely wish I had more cash to splash on their high quality clothing. The mens' clothing is of a really classy standard - and not too conservative.

I bought my favourite tie there - sadly it knocked me back a fair bit in the cash department but it was worth it.

Helpful staff and great central location - very handy for the cafes on the adjacent laneways.

David Jones! The greatest and most amazing department store you'll ever need! The city store has everything you need! And I mean EVERYTHING! They customer service is great, specific to each department so you'll never have trouble getting service!

David Jones is a great department store mainly due to its great fashion. I like shopping here but i keep finding myself waiting to be served at the counter for at least 5 minutes because there's no one there serving anyone. They are usually helping someone away from the counter.

Shopping in Melbourne would not be complete without a trip into DJ's. It is a massive store with everything you need plus alot more then that! however service can be quite slow at times but that can be overlooked!

Service at lunch time is very slow, only 1 person in the ladies fashion. Phone was ringing anothe sales lady came from another counter picked up the phone and said hang on, the other sales assistance was run off her feet, and all the other assistant wanted to do was just go back to her counter and keep chanting with a college

I have bought a couple of notebook computers, a Plasma TV and an LCD TV from DJ's within the last 12 months or so. Whilst you can probably get a slightly better price elsewhere, the service and range is frst class. I decided to pay approx $100 more for my gear and take advantage of DJ's 2 year interest free deal and leave my cash in the bank. The guys at DJ's made it all so easy and gave me great advice and service...give them a try next time you are in the market
