Staff were knowledgeable. I had vague notion of author's name and with patient help sourced book and it was in stock.

For interesting food the deli is outstanding. The fruit and meat sections meet expectations but the general stalls are predictable and the goods seem to lack quality.

I do love this store and genuinely wish I had more cash to splash on their high quality clothing. The mens' clothing is of a really classy standard - and not too conservative.

I bought my favourite tie there - sadly it knocked me back a fair bit in the cash department but it was worth it.

Helpful staff and great central location - very handy for the cafes on the adjacent laneways.

This store is off the beaten track for most but one of the earliest JB stores around apparently. The staff seem expert enough but not very warm. The store is very cramped and lighting is appalling.

There's heaps of music and a plethora of gadgetry but more accessible staff might be able to explain their use.

Recently transformed from Bilo to Coles and disappoints. Parking is meagre. Store design is cramped and aisles difficult to manouevre. Could be cleaner.

Despite the fact that the place was buzzing service was speedy and polite. Atmosphere was delightful. I was there on a Friday night with family and the general ambience was light and fun-fuelled.

Food was tasty and plentiful. Not exactly haute cuisine but great for the price and well presented.
