I took my TV in to be repaired as it suddenly stopped working. I was charged a non-refundable fee of $66 for the TV to be examined. That money would be deducted from the repair cost if I had the TV fixed. I took my TV in on a Friday and they called me on the Tuesday to say it had been fixed. Pretty prompt service! It only cost another $20 on top of what I had already paid so that was quite reasonable. They would have rung to check before going ahead with repairs if the cost was going to be more than about $120. There is plenty of free parking just outside the door. So far the TV [and attached DVD player] seem to be working fine since the repairs!
