Went here with my partner for his birthday, we stayed at one of the retreats in Daylesford. The service of staff was really good, they were welcoming and friendly, they offered us tea or water while we were waiting. The therapist was very calming, she talked in a very soft voice which made the whole experience very relaxing. We had a couples massage session for 60 mins, I felt that my therapist made me very relaxed during my massage but my partner complaint that his therapist wasn't putting in any effort and strength. I then had a 45mins Jurlique facial. I wouldn't say it was a great facial, but the therapist techniques were good (I would suggest you to try their other facials using their products, the Jurlique facial was only average). Honestly speaking, I find the package overpriced, i spend about half a grant for me and my partner; but you do get top quality service.
