Went here with my partner for his birthday, we stayed at one of the retreats in Daylesford. The service of staff was really good, they were welcoming and friendly, they offered us tea or water while we were waiting. The therapist was very calming, she talked in a very soft voice which made the whole experience very relaxing. We had a couples massage session for 60 mins, I felt that my therapist made me very relaxed during my massage but my partner complaint that his therapist wasn't putting in any effort and strength. I then had a 45mins Jurlique facial. I wouldn't say it was a great facial, but the therapist techniques were good (I would suggest you to try their other facials using their products, the Jurlique facial was only average). Honestly speaking, I find the package overpriced, i spend about half a grant for me and my partner; but you do get top quality service.

They have 5 doctors there, I have had great experience with 3 of the 5 doctors that I have had appointments with. Dr Wong is one of my preferred Dr as he has great attention to details and is never pushing you out of his office (some doctors just want to know the symptoms, give you your script and ask you to leave); he is willing to listen and answer to all my questions, he is also very friendly and works great with kids. They used to do bulk-billing but i have heard they changed their policies and now there might be a gap payment to pay.

Had a recharge spa package which consist of 30mins body massage and a 60mins microdermabrasion facial. I have to say the body massage was not the best i had, the therapist asked where I would like her to concentrate on and i suggested the lower back, but she hardly touched that area, instead she just did a lot of pressure points in my upper back and shoulders. The facial was great, my skin felt quite nice and soft after the treatment but i felt that as microdermabrasion is quite tough on the skin, the therapist used slightly too much pressure when she was exfoliating my skin. However, the products used was of high quality, I will give this place another try before saying I will never return. It was overall a great experience and the service of staff was great.
