Went by a week ago and was appalled by the change in service. Used to be a regular customer around a year ago and what a difference...and not for the better. Drove for an hour to deal with one of the slowest, least helpful processes I’ve seen in awhile.

No options for self help available. Even just asking a staff member whether my size was in stock (so I could just try it on myself) resulted in being asked whether I had an appointment...so basically I would have to wait 10-20 minutes for another staff member to simply go on to a computer and see whether they have my size. I didn’t even require an actual fitting to find my size (already know it!). But no, if stock isn’t on the rack youll need an appointment just to find out whether it’s even in the store at all.

They also told me they were short staffed - in order to explain the long wait times - however there were about nine staff there! There were two fitters taking appointments (who were swamped), two ladies at the desk, and the rest were all on break (eating lunch or outside on their phones). Meanwhile the line of customers got longer with people even leaving because the wait had become so long. And remember - you can’t serve yourself if your size isn’t on the rack because you have to wait for an appointment for someone to use the computer!

Honestly this place has been so helpful in the past and has had such a good range of products. It’s a true shame that their organisation and customer service has taken such a hit. Hoping changes are made moving forward.

It's nice to be able to finally find someone who will fit your actual size and not use a measuring tape! I found them almost 10 years ago now and buy all my bras and swimmers from them.

I went to Debras to be fitted for my wedding corsets. The staff were friendly, helpful and knew their products, they had me fitted and feeling fabulous within half an hour. Abit pricey, but quality items are.

Overall I leave this store disappointed.
The cost of the items are expensive yet it is something that is vital to a womens clothing .... there are no loyalty programs no discounts offered like EVER not for a birthday not for xmas .... its disgusting 3 times I have visited 3 times I have been 'fitted' as they call it 3 times I have had different sizes over the space of 4 months ..... my weight isnt fluctuating that much in that area I can tell you.... and upon paying for these pricey garments service isn't that fabulous that it makes you want to return its more like youu're an inconvenience. At busy times there is no service which is extremely disappointing not even a i'll be with you in a moment just ignorance..... for such a small store I think a staff overhaul is in need ..... or training in customer service....!!!!!

The staff are very helpful, the range of lingerie is extensive.
Pleasant atmosphere and also relaxing no hype sales assistants which is really good

In April this year I bought a corset and underwear to wear under my wedding dress in October. My initial experience with the store was very good, they were professional and helpful and fully explained all my options to me. I have lost 12kg since then and the items I purchased no longer fit so I went back to the store yesterday to see what they could do. They could not have been more helpful, immediately ushering me into a fitting room to be re-sized and even refunding the price difference between what I had previously bought and the new items I needed. They didn't even quibble about the tags having been removed from the corset so I could wear it for my first dress fitting. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and the amazing customer service.

Being 'well endowed' can be all well and good, but it is often extremely hard to get good quality, well fitting bras as easily as everyone else. Debra's has just made it easy.
