Went by a week ago and was appalled by the change in service. Used to be a regular customer around a year ago and what a difference...and not for the better. Drove for an hour to deal with one of the slowest, least helpful processes I’ve seen in awhile.

No options for self help available. Even just asking a staff member whether my size was in stock (so I could just try it on myself) resulted in being asked whether I had an appointment...so basically I would have to wait 10-20 minutes for another staff member to simply go on to a computer and see whether they have my size. I didn’t even require an actual fitting to find my size (already know it!). But no, if stock isn’t on the rack youll need an appointment just to find out whether it’s even in the store at all.

They also told me they were short staffed - in order to explain the long wait times - however there were about nine staff there! There were two fitters taking appointments (who were swamped), two ladies at the desk, and the rest were all on break (eating lunch or outside on their phones). Meanwhile the line of customers got longer with people even leaving because the wait had become so long. And remember - you can’t serve yourself if your size isn’t on the rack because you have to wait for an appointment for someone to use the computer!

Honestly this place has been so helpful in the past and has had such a good range of products. It’s a true shame that their organisation and customer service has taken such a hit. Hoping changes are made moving forward.
