My beautiful herringbone (hadron hybrid) floors from decorug Auburn. I did bedroom's and living room too. From my first walk in at Decorug, Auburn in November 21 to the installation first week of December I was given the best service. Akmal led me through the whole flooring process and helped me select the product which im grateful for. His advice is appreciation and also help with what to expect, the process, the pricing , the strata application as I live in an apartment block. I'm so grateful for his great advice. Once I paid and the date was booked in the whole process was smooth. The installation was excellent and their installer Steven was so professional and prompt. He did an excellent job and worked well and tirelessly for days to install my floors so beautifully. Thanks so much Steven you made my home so beautiful They made a very stressful process very very easy and stress free. I . The customer service, the process, the price all were excellent. I bought two rugs from the Auburn store I received great service. Both Akmal and Hassan knew their products well and tired really hard to find me something that would suit my decore at home. Sylvia

I just wanted to thank the Auburn Decorug staff team especially Zac and the rest for their assistance, sympathy and professional manner. Not have they only assisted me with my selections in timber flooring and carpet for our brand new build for a dual occupancy but they have went out of their way to inspect the build with their own experienced project manager to see if they can do anything to help with the issues I had with the builder so the works can be ready for the installation of the floorings.

I like to sincerely thank the team who came out to take the measurements, for taking time to inspect before booking for installation, the store manager who pinned a few issues with the foreman which reassured me that a correct and good installation will be achieved.

I have went through a distressful and an unpleasant experience with our build due to the builder but this team have been very understanding, patient and pleasant to work with .

We have bought three rugs from this shop, and it was a pleasure to look at the displays and know that they would be perfect for our home. The staff were good, not overbearing and helped us with our inquiries. Once we made a return/exchange because of the wrong size - and they were "no questions asked" mood - top service!
