Have used Dedant a number of times both for investment and personal properties, can’t recommend them enough. Thorough inspections and more than happy for you to be there whilst doing it for you to ask questions and discuss different aspects of property.

We were recommended to use Dedant for our investment property inspection, and were told these guys are the best in the business. We found them to be very efficient, professional, friendly, and worked to a very high standard.
