We recently bought a block of land in Craigieburn from Delfin and they have a great customer service agents. But not open to any bargains. They are one of the better developers in the market. Happy to recommend!!

We used Delfin to sell our house recently and were very happy with the service. Their commission was low, and I felt looked after. The agent was a good communicator and they found a buyer in a short time.

After renting for a few years I have come across some dreadful property managers. I am still astounded that there is such a thing as professional, courteous pm's. They are great. They have realised that not at all renters are lowly paid scumbags and my goodness it makes a difference- so pleasant. Thankyou again.

Delphin have been great Property Managers. If there is an issue they are very prompt. They will notify the landlords really quickly and usually have issues resolved within a 24 hour turnaround. I would recommend them to anyone.
