Good for arthouse and non mainstream movies. Parking in Newtown isn't very good especially on a Sunday. Best thing bout this cinema is that you can have beer!

A great cinema, with only a few screens but they are always showing unique, arty and different movies which is great to see. Located right near public transport on King St its easy to get too and its nice to see a cinema offer films which you normally wouldnt be able to see on the big screen. The prices are fairly decent, and the cinemas are relativly clean. I'd definitely recommend the Dendy to anyone wanting to see some unique films or cant find them showing anywhere else.
