We have finished our build with Dennis Family Homes and are extremely disappointed. The amount of things NOT included in the contract is ridiculous (paths, landscaping, clothesline, removal of excess dirt, mailbox. shelves in wardrobes) The finishes are poor and we are already having problem with walls being un square, cracked tiles and staples in the carpet. There are marks on freshly painted walls. Overall the workmanship is terrible.
Please please please don't make the mistake we did. DO NOT BUILD WITH DENNIS FAMILY HOMES
