Terrible service, very slow postage. They will promise a fast delivery but it will not happen. They just want your money, they do not care what happens to your package

On Friday 4th August 2023 I purchased an Apple iMac M1 A2439 4.5K Retina 24" LCD Screen Glass Assembly 2021 Pink from LCD4Laptop for $386.41 GBP ($775.96 AUD) but it came on Tuesday 8th August 2023 but I had been in the Gold Coast for a week from Tuesday 8th August 2023 until Tuesday 15th August 2023 and this afternoon I just found out that I just received the screen, which had been cracked on the top and on the side.

I have had several parcels delivered to Pyrmont throughout our lockdowns during the pandemic, and they’ve all been delivered quickly and painlessly. I had to ring a couple of times to find out if the delivery window could be narrowed, and the staff have all been courteous and friendly and let me know within a two hours window when the parcels would arrive, and they arrived within the specified window. It’s wonderful to speak to an actual person, in Australia. With all of the terrible reviews (mainly in EU and US, I think), I had to leave a positive review because of the great service I have received. Keep up the good work!

We HAD dealings with DHL recently when we used them for some deliveries for our business. I don't know WHAT their drivers do, but three out of the seven packages we sent are now going through insurance claims because our products were destroyed in transit.

I have arranged to have parcels delivered by these guys and have been disappointed. Once I had an e-reader delivered which was meant to be signed for only to here it thrown onto the verandah.

Use DHL express a couple of times for personal and business purposes.. Overall service is average - I sent a parcel overseas once and was very disappointed to hear that the recepient had to pay customs fees (while DHL should usually take care of it..)

You know what I read all the reviews like I've commented from otherwesites and vlat2's review also.

There were 2 of us at home, received a parcel from USPS, Parcel plus from Australia between 12 and 3. I've been refreshing my tracking information ever since 9 am in the morning.

It's amazing to find out that 'delivery has been attempted: RECIPEIENT NOT HOME'.

I was furious so I called the DHL AUs. they call the driver and tells me that he 'knocked'. Interestingly enough you can't knock on our door until we let him in after he buzzes.

We were in the living room in the time he allegedly have 'knocked'. I would NEVER use DHL services EVER again.
