COMPLETELY RECOMMEND- THE BEST! I called Diamond after reading other reviews and in an panicked emergency! I spilled olive oil on a friend's designer light grey fabric couch and it left the worst stain. When I tried to fix it myself (even after googling how to treat oil stains), it dried and made it worse. I was devastated and so worried, especially as a couple of days had passed. Veronica of Diamond cleaning was a wonderful and very responsive and professional (and kind) communicator and they really were dedicated at making timing work around our schedule, including coming so late at 7pm. They are extremely no fuss and get the job done. 100% reliable. Of course, in little time they fixed the stain completely! Dimitri is professional and very kind, giving us good tips for such stains in future. I believe Diamond are very reasonably priced and infinitely more reasonable than other places I contacted who had the attitude of "we don't treat the stain we just do steam clean of whole couch and hope for the best". Diamond are really dedicated and aren't just about taking your fees, they are honest and seem so skills oriented. I will 100% use them again for any of our possessions or furniture that need special treatment, definitely. Glad to have found them. Thanks Diamond! Honestly, a life saver! :D

I was using a differemt company before but i wasnt very pleased with the results so i gave a Diamond steam cleaning a try (was a mate's suggestion) . Service was good n the lads did a pretty good job.

Ive used Diamond steam cleaning last week for my carpets and sofa there were some stains on the carpet and thought that they wouldnt come off. Dimitri though didnt an excellent job and made the carpet like brand new. Will definitely use them again.
