Dimitri cleaned my father's stained carpet and sofa. There was an area on the carpet that had accumulated some mould under the window. He has done an excellent job. The carpet looks so clean and not a stain to be seen. As for the mould area, you would never have known it was there. The sofa looks very good also. From my first point of contact with Veronika to Dimitri coming out to clean, I found their service was excellent. Very polite, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending their business . I will certainly phone Veronika and Dimitri for any further carpet and upholstery cleaning I need. Dimitri did a wonderful job with steam cleaning my carpets. He went out of his way to clean even the hard to reach areas. It looks and feels squeaky clean. He was also very friendly and offered great advice to keeping my carpets clean.

Dimitri has just left after cleaning carpets in 3 bedrooms as well as a 3 seater couch (10+ years old) and a lounge rug. I could not be happier with the service. Arrived on time (early in fact) and the attention to detail in the cleaning was remarkable. All for $150 - less than was originally quoted. I will be using Dimitri for my annual clean from now on. I've gone out of my way to write a review because I'm so pleased with the service. I don't think there's anything I could critique to make the service better. Dimitri is extremely polite and respectful in the home. It is clear he is very hardworking. Veronica also is always professional, polite and efficient taking bookings and payments. The quality of Dimitri's hard work is WOW. It is very clean and he has found a way to make my toughest and oldest stains disappear to where you'd never know they were there. I don't like using harsh chemicals around children and pets and they use organic cleaning supplies routinely. On top of this, their prices are very reasonable. They've got a lifelong customer in me and I happily recommend to others.
