I would reccomend Diamonds International (Chermside) to anyone who is willing to listen, and some who aren't. Customer service is second to none! I found all staff to be extremely polite and helpful! Their knowledge and willingness to help is be commended. I'll be going back for sure. Special mention to Rebekah - thanks for your help!
I initially purchased an engagement ring from Diamonds International, followed a couple of years later by wedding bands. A year later I purchased an eternity band, I did not plan this out well. The staff at the Diamonds International Chermside store were excellent. They bent over backwards to give myself and my wife exactly what we wanted. The end cost also was very very good, I am extremely happy as is my wife.

Diamonds International Indooroopilly is more than a retail outing but rather a diamond experience! The staff at the Indooroopilly store are exceptional and far exceed the level of service I expected from a jewellery store. But then Diamonds International is more than a jewellery store. The staff always make you feel welcome and take the time required to ensure that you never feel rushed and have all your questions answered.
We have been customers of Diamonds International for over 20 years, and recently I was surprised with a special anniversary gift from Diamonds Indooroopilly by my husband. The followup service (ie resizing) was outstanding, and their communication in relation to the followup was faultless. The ring is beautiful and brilliant!
Some years ago I had a warranty claim on a necklace purchased from Diamonds International and the Indooroopilly sorted to quickly and effortlessly without any additional cost. Again the service was exceptional, personalised and very welcoming.
So whether you are purchasing or modifying or repairing, ensure that you visit Diamonds International at Indooroopilly and talk to the staff . They can help with all your questions. You may decide to go elsewhere however after visiting the store,however I do not think you could do better anywhere for price and quality, especially in their sale time. And you can not do better elsewhere for service!

Fantastic experience with the team in Brisbane CBD. Andrea took the time to explain everything, and was patient in my search for the best diamond for my budget. Excellent service from a team who are driven by the experience and satisfaction of their customers.

I'd like to add I agree this site is for reviews, so you should post one rather than commenting on everyone else's with your experience. As I am also a customer who spent a lot of money with them my review is is a positive one. If you received nothing or will not receive anything once your goods are ready (in up to 8 weeks) I hope you recover your funds.

That's what they want you to think but they don't actually make the rings they subcontract. When things go wrong is sooooo convenient to blame your subcontractor!
If you don't ask you wont be told that "our factory" actually means a totally separate subcontractor!
This is all your opinion which you're entitled to, just as I and the others who have posted of our more positive opinion. You cannot expect that a custom piece of jewellery will be prepared straight away because you don't want to wait. I paid my deposit and instalments like everyone else and I have no issue. There would not be so many posts of positive experiences here if they didn't deserve it as this is a review site. Hopefully others will learn from your experience and have a positive one with DI, who are and were very helpful.
I have now had extensive dealings with this business.
Again I have experienced first hand their attitude towards customers.
They really think that they can take over $3000 of my money and give me nothing and that's going to go untold.
My opinion is I feel that they ripped me off.
There are plenty of negative reviews about Diamonds International out there. Do your own research.
I'm sorry that I trusted them. I would never buy from them knowing what I know now.
That's the best way to have a positive experience avoid them.
I'm a small businessperson myself with a young family and a mortgage to pay.
They took over $3000 of my money and gave me nothing.
I reckon that is the most important review on this site and a clear WARNING to all.
They did it to me whats stopping them from doing it you!
