Yesterday we visited DI Indooroopilly stores to buy a Diamond Ring accompanied by our two small children. Within a few minutes, we were made to feel that ‘customers with kids’ were unwelcomed in DI Indooroopilly stores.

Following which I had to leave the store with Kids while my wife was left alone in the Store to select the ring by herself. Every time my wife needed an opinion about the ring I had to walk in to the store (leaving my kids unsupervised outside the store).

We raised our concerns, indicating that we are getting an unwelcoming treatment, but nothing happened. We were made to feel that we are wasting their time and we were treated like window shoppers.

So we decided to leave the DI Indooroopilly stores and went to Diamonds International (Bowman House, 276, Edward Street) instead. Here we ended up buying the Diamond ring.

Joyce looked after us for our engagement and wedding bands and she was fantastic and professional. She was very patience and friendly to deal with and very knowledgeable and we are so happy we went into diamonds international carindale to purchase our rings.

Karen was far beyond amazing. She was so helpful and made me feel at easy and helped designed a stunning ring. We still pop in time to time to say hello and have referred a few friends to see her. If you are buying the special ring or any jewellery for that matter you will be crazy if you don't speak to Karen first.
