I originally purchased my fiancées engagement ring and she later returned to buy her wedding band from the Indooroopilly store. Both were at a great price compared to other diamond/ jewellery outlets and the friendly helpful staff couldn't assist enough. Linda and the team at Chermside - you ladies Rock! My husband Brett met Linda when he was shopping for an engagement ring. He was overwhelmed by the customer service as Linda took the time to explore options, listen to what he had in mind, make suggestions and keep in touch along the way. I was over the moon with the engagement ring and we then of course wanted to have our wedding bands designed and made by Linda and the team. As most love struck men can attest, buying an engagement is one of the most nerve-wracking and testing periods in a man's life. We want to find the perfect ring that not only suits our partner but also makes the engagement and wedding experience a truly special one. For such an important and expensive purchase you would like to have confidence in the knowledge and understanding of your sales person.

I had done my research, had an good idea of what I wanted and set out to design my perfect ring. My search was long and unreasonably arduous. I had explored 9 different jewellery stores in Brisbane and was utterly disappointed by the atrocious customer service, constant distain for their customers and general lack of interest. The amount of times my explanations and requests were ignored was infuriating. I didn't want your off the shelf ring, I knew what I wanted, I just wanted someone to help me create it.

That all ended when I entered the Indooroopilly store.

After my previous experiences, I was prepared for more disappointment, but was delighted to meet Caroline who sat me down and asked what is it that I actually wanted?
She genuinely wanted to help. They had actually listened to me!

Caroline and her team had talked me through what is possible, sourced the perfect diamond and then helped me design the perfect ring around it. I put my deposit down that day without hesitation.

After a wonderful engagement, I have since brought my fiancee into the store to meet the staff that helped make our lives special. We are so happy with the service that we are now having our wedding bands custom made through Diamonds International Indooroopilly, and my fiancee already has a concept designed for her eternity ring.

Georgia gave exceptional customer service, I'm not an expert on rings but she took the time to explain and go through the type of designs they had on offer. It was great to be assisted by someone who's first priority wasn't to take my money but to get to know us in order to find the perfect design that would suit my girlfriend.

Once the ring was purchased Georgia was extremely informative about insurance, re sizing and the care needed to look after the ring. Nothing was too much hassle, and she constantly kept in touch informing us to when the ring had arrived in store and to insure all the correct paperwork was filled out. I will definitely be returning in the near future and will be recommending Diamonds International at Indooroopilly to all my friends and colleagues.
