My partner needed a new device for his nav man but neither of us were overly sure exactly what we were looking for as we are not that gadget savvy. The salesman was very helpful and even advised us how to go about getting free map downloads for our gps. We found the cable we required thanks to his help and would definately return again the future

Very helpful, great range off stock and great price, everytime I have rung up, the staff have been extremely helpful. their knowledge of their stock is good, so what they say on the phone is always spot on. I have found by comparing prices they definately offer a better deal on most products. If an item I have purchased is faulty or not required, their friendly return policy make it easy to fix. They always have a current catalogue with some good specials listed, that is often how I come to get what I want.

We went to Dick Smith on tow seperate occassions looking for the same product. The first time we found it hard to find anyone to serve us and she hardly knew anything about the memory card we were looking to purchase. The second time was much better - not only did she know what she was talking about we actually got served within a few moments. Hard to make a decision based on two very different visits.
