You usually get great service in this business. I find that the staff i talk to are very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. The products are well kept and looked after. They stock products very well.

Wanting to buy two iPods I waited for nearly 7 minutes for service at the counter - one staff member was attending to a detailed enquiry from another customer, and the other was looking busy. I finally was served, but the lad behind the counter couldn't get me what I needed (no key) so there ended up being a 2 minute discussion on who should go out back and get them. I was about to tell them not to worry when they decided two people should go - one to unlock the room and the other to bring the iPods back to the store. Pathetic.
