When I look at music stores, I often find that it is crucial that the employees know the terminology and the latest products (esp with electronic equipments) etc

Well my last visit, my brother and I were after a specific industrial standard mic. First staff did not really know what we were after or we refer to, but the other one helped us out ( this is pretty common in a big store, so dont' worry)

What I'm trying to say here is that someone in the store will be able to help you out if you ask around.

Price is little on the high side.

I bought a piano there and they gave me a 10% discount card. However some staff are very friendly but some are not, last time they can order books for me. When the book came in, one of the corner is bent and when I ask to change for another one, they said they don't have another because it's a special order and I must have it. and they have to charge full price even the condition is not very good. Will continue to shop because there's no other shop nearby
