Professional service with a smile, sorted the problem with ease, making cycling fun again

I recently decided to get back into cycling again and took my old one in to get a quote to get it back on the road again. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was too much so I bought a new one.

The bike I wanted was not available any longer as the new 2012 models were coming out in the next few months and the next model was the one above and significantly more expensive. The owner of the shop did everything he could to reduce the cost and it came out not too much more than the lower model. They even delivered the bike to my home and gave the next 6 bike services for free.
They were polite and friendly and I would recommend.

Great customer service at a time when it seems to be at an all time low at other businesses. Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable in their business. They know about bikes!
