We are locals but have not been to the club for a couple of years but recently decided to go back and check it out.

There are more pokies than ever!

The food is a great price and quality is good for the price. It can get very busy especially on Friday nights for all the prize draws.

Are you a local, then sign up and give it a go. Not a local, then give it a go. Membership is so cheap, it will most likely pay for itself in one night!

I have stayed here numerous times for an overnight flight connection.

It is fairly conveniently located near the airport and saves the taxi fare all the way into the city. It is pretty well priced compared to the other hotels in the same area.

The accommodation is more "Motel" style but it is clean and modern(ish) and has everything you need. A small shopping area is a couple of minutes walk away for takeaways and a small supermarket.

I have stayed in differently configured rooms but all of them are large and comfortable.

I would recommend this over the other nearby places based on saving $30-50 per night.

Approximate cost: $128

I have been using Graysonline and Grayswine online for many years.

Back in the earlier days, I always used to keep it a secret so I could get better deals. Now I positively promote it as I think everyone should have the opportunity to bag a bargain.

I regularly buy wine from them at cheap cheap $s.

Give it a go....(don't forget the buyers % and shipping though)

I would not normally have chosen to stay here but the prices in Perth were extreme on this particular occasion.

I stayed here many years ago and the price is satisfactory for what you get.

The bedroom was clean, tidy and fairly modern. The bathroom was very very small but I was only there for 1 night so it was ok.

I would only choose to stay here again if the price is right and other more preferable hotels are not available.

I travel from QLD to WA regularly and overnight in Perth coming into WA. I work in WA and usually like to buy a few treats to take with me.

I was fed up with paying the outrageous prices in the city at Woolworths or Coles and luckily I stumbled across this IGA.

I managed to find some of my favourite items which I cannot normally get very easily, including back at home in QLD. The prices are pretty reasonable and definitely cheaper than Woolworths and Coles in the CBD.

I would recommend this store as it is friendlier and has a different variety at a sensible price.

I have recently stayed here out of desperation due to the prices of other nearby hotels. I regularly stay in Perth but I haven't stayed here for many years.

My overall summary is that I was disappointed for the price, the quality was not there. For a similar price or less, I have stayed in much nicer accommodation in Perth.

The hotel was looking a bit old, it smelt like it needed refreshing and updating.

The rooms were ok although the bath in the bathroom was disgusting with a big rusty split near the plug hole!

I went down to the bar to grab a happy hour drink ($5 for a glass of red). The bar was certainly not modern, it reminded me of something back in the 80s or 90s and was claustrophobic with no windows. The wine was ok though ;-)

I did not eat there but I guess the food would have been acceptable but the menu looked to be nothing special.

All in all, for the price, there are much, much better options out there! My rating would be: consider if there are limited options and if many of the other hotels are expensive!

Approximate cost: $145

I have frequented this pub many times and have always enjoyed it.

It is conveniently situated just out of the main CBD / shopping are in Perth and has an excellent outside beer garden to relax after working, shopping or just to watch the world go by.

There are many beers on tap from the mainstream through to the less common boutique beers. There is also a good reasonably priced wine selection if you prefer.

I have eaten here several times but when I am overnighting, I cannot go past grabbing a beer (or cider, or wine) and ordering a Peri Peri Chicken pizza to take back to my room. I ask for extra fresh hot chilli and it's yum!!!!

Well worth the trip for a beer, feed or both!

Great little gem right in the middle of the Perth CBD.

Having never stayed here before and always trying to find sensible and well priced accommodation in Perth, I gave this a go and wasn't disappointed!

I had a "Petite Queen" room which is petite but very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The room would probably be a bit too small for more than a few nights but for 1 or 2 nights was spot on.

There is a nice pub / bar / restaurant adjoining the hotel downstairs where I enjoyed a nice coldie and put it on my room bill!

The location is convenient to everything in the Perth CBD and at the price, represents excellent value!

I have now stayed in the hotel many times and I have never been disappointed.

I am an Accor Advantage Plus member and frequently stay in the Accor brand. I have tried the Mercure brand in several other locations and was very skeptical at trying this in Perth but couldn't go past the price. I have had very bad Mercure experiences in the past.

This Mercure in Perth is of excellent quality and value for money, right in the heart of the Perth CBD. Perth CBD accommodation can be really expensive but this hotel at this price is an absolute steal!

The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed.

The service is very friendly and prompt from the check-in through to the bar through to the restaurant through to the check-out.

I used to stay in a dodgy motel near to the airport but now it's cheaper for me to use a taxi into the city and the hotel is soooo much nicer - recommend this one!

I have only eaten here once and I haven never used the accommodation.

I had the chicken which was nice (fairly big) but it lacked salt and there wasn't salt or pepper on the table so I had to ask. In a good restaurant you firstly shouldn't need to add seasoning to your food but if you need to you shouldn't have to ask for it.

Anyway, I would suggest giving the restaurant a go, it's above pub food but but not quite there as a great restaurant. I would eat there again.

Approximate cost: $30
