I got an online deal and had a gel manicure there. Their service was pretty good, staff were friendly and didn't feel rushed. Cosy place too.

This salon doesn't deserve a single star. I just had a mani & pedi with a voucher. The mani was supposed to be hot oil but what I got was a quick & sloppy mani with cream. Not even water to soak my fingers in. The cutters used were filthy with skin bits. It was disgusting to see. My nails were cut crooked (I asked for short & straight) and were left with rough edges - I had to ask for them to be filed! The pedi wasn't any better - sloppy, rough cutting that had to be redone. The girl who did the mani & pedi wore latex gloves that looked dirty. Totally unhygienic! The $29 I paid was an absolute waste of money! I would not recommend this salon.

Excellent service, friendly professional therapists who perform my mani , pedis, facials and waxing regularly, consistenly great each and every time, with very clean salon practices and great prices would have no heditation in recommending this as your regular salon, extremelly happy customer.

The girls are warm and friendly and Helen is a gem. The service is not bad but the quality of the service may vary depending on who performs the service. The consistency in the application of the nail polish varies, so it can be quite uneven and you will find the nail polish doesn't last as water gets in quickly and lifts the polish up almost immediately. There also hasn't been sufficient time allocated for the nails to dry properly even for the shellac as the duration of the dryng lamp is shorter than some other salons.
If you prepay, you may save some money but the prices also have seasonality and have gone up recently.

It's a nice salon although when they advertise deals they only accept your credit card as payment not cash. So strange and makes me wonder why they only accept credit card and what they are doing or plan to do with my card details. I no longer go there for that reason.

Its a nice salon - unusual in that you have to book (can't just walk in off the street like most nail salons) hence you get better service and its not as rushed. Most of the girls are really sweet except one who has a sour face and doesn't put the same effort into either the job or the pleasantries. If you avoid the sourpuss, I think you will really like this salon which is very nice, the other girls are lovely and its good value

I had an online deal to have a manicure there. It's your typical spa mani and pedi salon but so much more cosier and there is no rushed feeling with the service. The ladies working there are really sweet and spoke to me about the services they offer and are much more talkative - even with the language barrier - than the other mani pedi places I've been to. Will definitely go back again, not just because of the value but because you feel like a welcomed customer. They offer organic gels which I'm saving up for to go back and try!

Great choice of colours they have more than 400 hundred colours to chose from. The alcohol swab was used in front of me to ensure hygiene. They were quick and good. Loved it, will be back again.

Excellent Service. I arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted and asked to have a seat. I was kept informed and felt welcome. I was seen 5 minutes after my appointment time. The staff apologised for their tardiness but it was busy and I wasn't in a rush. The worker was friendly and engaging. The shellac was applied well and still looks great. I would recommend Diva and Co.

The staff are Asian and are quite blunt which can be mistaken for rude, reading some of the reviews below. I think they are Vietnamese. I got a deal for $19 manicure and pedicure which was excellent bargain. The staff were quite efficient and a bit rough for my tastes, and the shop is located near Camberwell Junction so easy to get to. For the bargain price I would go again.
