After an unsatisfactory experience with another company that renovated the ensuite, DNA Bathrooms was one of two quotes I obtained for the main bathroom. The renovation in both rooms included a complete strip-out then reline, tiling to floor and walls (mosaic) to ceiling, new plumbing and electricals and installation of fittings, toilet and vanity.
Although twice the price of the ensuite (I supplied all fittings and tiles as for the ensuite) the end result was well worth it. A very satisfied customer.

Stripped out bathroom from first floor 60's apartment and replaced it with a brand new bathroom - bath, shower, vanity and euro-laundry. The guys kept on schedule and did a great job dealing with our not-so-cooperative neighbour. End result was fantastic.

I contacted DNA Bathrooms & Kitchens for a quote for our new bathroom not really knowing exactly what we wanted. Duncan came down and had a look and gave us lots of excellent advice on all the latest bathroom products. Sarah was also very helpful throughout the renovation when choosing colours, tiles and anything that was needed. A special mention to Daniel, the tiler and the two painters Jim and Justin. They were a delight to work with and all the other tradesmen were very professional and their attention to detail was second to none. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend DNA Bathrooms.

Total redesign breakout and refit of existing bathroom including wall to ceiling tiles, bath, shower, mirrors and lighting. All work was completed with minimal disruption and within the contract period. WOW what a bathroom.

We now have two completely new bathrooms: walls and ceilings replaced, floors levelled, porcelain tiles to ceiling level and around the windows. Two new windows in main bathroom. All new fittings, including custom-made vanities, and a walk-in shower in the main bathroom, ceiling fans and even a heated towel rail. In addition, new porcelain tiles to kitchen and entry hall, and a printed glass splashback for the kitchen. A complex and lengthy job, and not without a few hitches typical of any such project. However, the results are simply superb. We couldn't be happier with our new rooms, which are just exactly what we wanted. Duncan, Sarah and Rochelle were a joy to work with, and stayed calm and most helpful whatever the circumstances. Duncan's "boys", Rob and Daniel obviously take pride in their work, as do the plumbers, electricians and tilers. The painters, Jim and Justin, were an absolute delight, and the cleaners, Irene and Kelly a most welcome and necessary conclusion to the project. The workmanship is first-rate, and we've never seen better. In particular the narrowest of tile gaps and silicone finish to all the edges, makes the whole effect one of total class. If you want a quality renovation with proper project management at a very reasonable price (we got three quotes), you can't go past DNA bathrooms.

I was looking for a contractor to complete rectification to an extensive list of defects in two very expensive bathrooms that I had recently renovated. Duncan reviewed the various reports that I had and subsequently declined to quote on the basis that due to the quality of the existing work, he would need to completely re-do the work. While disappointed I appreciated his honesty and practical advice.

We renovated our out of date bathroom – completely striped it out and WOW what a difference! Duncan, Rob, Rochelle and Sarah were wonderful. All our concerns were met and good advice given. My wife cannot stop talking about her new DNA bathroom and how happy we are with it. She has been showing it off to relatives, friends and neighbours. Considering that our house is solid brick built in 1946 the renovation of the original bathroom with the addition of a toilet and the renovation of the separate toilet went so smoothly. Not to forget the temporary shower that was put into our laundry, brilliant! We intended to get a minimum of three quotes but after the second – DNA, we stopped. The professional approach and advice from Duncan on the design was of so much assistance to us. Rob and Daniel, and all the contractors were so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rochelle and Sarah were so helpful and kept us well informed as to what was to happen and what was happening.
