The grill element in my Omega oven needed replacing. I phoned on the 19.12.09 an appointment was made for 22.12.09. The repair man arrived late on the Tues afternoon, the times given were between 1-5. He said that the grill element had to be ordered and would take some time. I appreciate it was at the end of the year. Another appointment was made for 28.1.10 when he came back from leave. He phoned that day and said he had forgotten to pack the part and another appointment was made for the 1.2.10. He arrived and did an good job in replacing the part. He apologised profusely for forgetting the part the previous week. It took 6wks from start to finish, I know that the ordering of the part probably accounted for most of the delay. There were no follow up calls to keep my updated. The repairman was friendly and did a good job. The timing and cost has been an issue for me.

One phone call and came out to access my broken down dish washer. After a few minutes told me the problem, took it back to the factory and came back working within a week.
