Excellent customer service. They came out on a Saturday and gave us a discount for going ahead straight away. The plantation shutters installed were high quality and we love being able to let light in without sacrificing on privacy.

I had them come and give me a quote on roman blinds, the woman convinced me to also get sheer curtains for a large window. I ended up getting the roman blinds from another company as they were much cheaper but I decided to get the sheer blinds through DC. They weren't ready in time and I was never contacted to let me when they were in or of the delay. I organised for a friend to be home when they were installed. The owner came and installed them and was very rude. He asked if my house was a circus because we had gates on the stairs (for my toddlers). He made rude comments about the structure of my home and spoke very poorly to his co-worker. He wasn't happy that there were roman blinds installed by another company. When he put the sheer curtains over the roman blinds, he used a bracket that didn't clear the blinds, therefore I had a lump in my expensive sheer curtains that spanned 4.5 metres. The product was also not what I had been shown. My friend paid for this job (not knowing any of the issues) and when I got home and saw the job I contacted them immediately. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. NO one called back, no one had the courtesy to help. They had there payment so I was not a priority. I emailed them - no response. I contacted Head Office but because they are a private run Dollar Curtains they couldn't do anything. I went to Consumer Affairs but DC refused to help so I ended up going to VCAT. AT the end of it all he needed to pay for the correct brackets to clear the roman blinds and pay for the labour to have it fixed (as I did not want him back in my house). Worst experience I've ever had. We built our new home as owner builders, dealing with tradies etc and this was by far the worst experience of building.

I've used dollar curtains in Epping a few times now. I am really happy with their products and the service is good. As the name suggests, the price is really reasonable but I don't think they are compromising on quality.

I was so impressed that they came to my home for a free measure & quote. The staff made the decision making so easy and quick. The staff are polite and included all prices inclusive was the installation price within the quote. They knew what suited and listened to what choice I wanted for my home.
