"The best builders" in simple words. They are the fastest builders. They completed my house within five and half months.They are bit expensive but pay you back within short time with their quick construction. We have not expected this good service and quick response. But they delivered. Especially , the client manager "JAN BURKE". You can trust these people. Everything done so fast and efficiently, Good On Them. I recommend all of my friends , go with them. We really lucky and happy to deal with them. A BIG THANKS to them.

We built our first home, a 2 storey design with Don Russell Homes and found the process easier than expected. The people were great especially our client manager in the office who always endeavoured to give us updates on request and guided us through the situations we were not able to understand. I would build with this company again and have recommended them to my family and friends.

They built my house recently while I was living between Perth and Asia. They were very prompt responding to my requests and changes.... but of course changes always resulted in additional costs. They took care more items than other builders, like the floor & wall finishes, light fixtures. Brad Russell checked on the progress personally and took excellent pictures every month to email to me while I was away. I'll say the quality of the completed house is Good. The maintenance team were very polite, although arrangement for fixing some items took quite a while.

DO NOT BUILD WITH DON RUSSELL They must be the worst builders in Australia.
Shoddy workmanship, Unsupervised trades, unable to correct mistakes after 3 or 4 attempts. Eventually we had to take them to the Builders registration Board. They promise and promise and do NOTHING. We are still paying for their sub-standard and unacceptable work. After years and years the bathroom is still not finished and leaks. holes in brick walls and face brickwork that looks like it was built by toddlers in the sandpit (in fact I think they would have done a better job) Cheap inferior fittings, doors that jam and kitchen cupboards that have big gaps in the doors. All that on a concrete slab that was so thin it has large cracks that just keep getting larger causing MASSIVE cracks up walls. Windows and exterior doors that won't close because they are so far out of level. DO NOT TRUST DON RUSSELL HOMES they are only still in business because the original Don Russell had a good reputation the current staff are incompetent (and that is being nice).
