I received the automated text regarding feedback to our service today. As you know, today was the first time for us. When my husband and I walked in the door this evening were blown away. Jess & Jen have been wonderful from the first time I contacted them. They've been supportive & understanding and excellent communicators. On the rare occasion Christina has been unavailable, they have organised someone who works in well with us. Christina, who regularly looks after us, is our amazing angel. This has been a difficult year for my wider family. Early in the year my father had to undergo multiple, extensive surgeries and almost lost a leg; followed mid-year by a heart issue. During the same period, my partner was recovering from a stroke and 2 subsequent heart surgeries, our 2nd grandchild was born; and my mum, a long term Parkinson's sufferer, passed away. While we've become used to & grateful for Christina's care & special little touches, her wider efforts this year to help me cope with everything by keeping our home clean and cared for; her efforts this year have been outstanding. She has been there quietly supportive, empathetic in everything she's done. Knowing that when we've been called away urgently, I have nothing to worry about, that Christina will just do what she does - it eases the stress. To come home to well presented beds, to have my grandson's bed caringly made with his favourite sleep toys ready by his pillow (with his favourite pillow & doona cover). And if that wasn't enough, she organised all she does around 6mths of tradesmen creating havoc in various parts of the house following an extensive termite infestation. Christina goes the extra distance in her thoughtfulness - right down to a coffee being placed in front of me on a couple of days I was feeling overwhelmed by all that was going on. I can't fault Don't Have Time - I'd recommend them to anyone. As to Christina - I'm willing to share - but only so you too can share in her awesomeness!

From the minute we contacted Jen and Jess from Don’t Have Time we have been impressed. Their communication and attention to detail was fantastic and best of all they really care about their clients. When Olivia cleaned our house for the first time this week we were even more impressed. She is friendly, hardworking and we are looking forward to her becomming a regular member of our household.

Karen comes to clean our house every fortnight and does an amazing job. She makes meaningful little touches throughout the house that my children love and we definitely notice! Thanks Karen, you’re incredible!

We have Jane looking after us currently, she’s been fantastic. When I saw my 2 yo son relax on his freshly made bed with his favourite blanket and his favourite book (which Jane has prepared) and chill out pretending to read, I decided to do the same thing, because I could. Everything else was done.
